  Loved the beaches that weren't overrun with people like Kaanapali, and the snorkeling right off the beach was the best we saw during our trip.

  Our only slight inconvenience was the sidewalk paving work that was taking place right outside our unit. They really didn't get in our way though. It's going to look great when it's completed! We will definitely come back to Makena Surf for our next visit to Maui.

  The kitchen could use some spices and a bbq on the lanai would be good.
